At Connexg, your comfort and satisfaction are our priority.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as used bedding products (including blankets and pillowcases) may not be eligible for return unless defective.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will offer a replacement or full refund.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
